1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
১. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) নীতিমালা
- All COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
সকল COD অর্ডার ডেলিভারির সময় সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে। - Customers can check the product only after completing payment.
পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার পরেই পণ্য চেক করা যাবে। - For instant return at delivery, customers must pay the delivery and return charges.
ডেলিভারির সময় তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে কাস্টমারকে ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে। - Refusing orders without valid reason may result in restriction on future COD orders.
অযৌক্তিক কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করলে ভবিষ্যতে COD সুবিধা সীমিত করা হতে পারে। - Delivery charges are non-refundable once shipped.

2. Exchange Policy

At the Time of Delivery (Instant Exchange):
ডেলিভারির সময় (তাৎক্ষণিক এক্সচেঞ্জ):
- Exchange can be requested at the time of delivery.
ডেলিভারির সময় এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে। - Product must be unused with original packaging and tags.
পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং ও ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে। - Exchange will only be processed after payment is completed and in presence of delivery agent.
পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হবে।
After Delivery:
ডেলিভারির পর:
- Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours.
এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। - Product must be unused with invoice and original condition.
পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও ইনভয়েসসহ থাকতে হবে। - Customers may need to pay return & re-delivery charges (unless it’s our fault).
